Long-term anxiety is like the wagon-wheel ruts that have been left from the settlers who travelled across The United States in wagons. Year after year, wagon after wagon followed the same path, making the packed-earth wheel ruts ever more deep and prominent.

To fall into the same established ruts every day, is an easy outlet. However, to forge a fresh path, places one against all odds. To break from long-term anxiety, is to forge a new path every day, breaking free from the established ruts, despite the overwhelming odds"
